The application is nearing completion, and system testing between the Kansas Department of Revenue (KDoR) and the Kansas Office of Veterans Services (KOVS) will begin soon. This testing is critical to ensure that all applicant information remains secure throughout the verification process. Once testing is complete, the application will go live, and we will begin accepting and processing pre-applications to ensure exemption cards are ready for Veterans to use on July 1, 2026. The application link will be published on both the KDoR and KOVS websites. Eligibility requirements are outlined in KSA 79-3606h.
