Sheila Rice currently serves as the Human Resource Director for the Kansas Department of Veteran Services. Prior to this position, Sheila, was at the Board of Healing Arts. I’ve been employed with the State of Kansas for nearly 22 years.

I assist employees of the Kansas Office of Veterans Services with recruiting, terminations, and state benefits just to name a few.

Sheila has been married to her husband, Alan, for thirty-six years. They have three grown children and four grandchildren. In her leisure time, Sheila enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, traveling,and learning new things.
