In accordance with KSA 73-1234, the Executive Director, Kansas Office of Veterans Services shall establish and administer a Veterans Claims Assistance Program (VCAP) in accordance with KSA 73-1234 to improve the coordination of Veterans benefits counseling in Kansas to maximize the effective and efficient use of taxpayers dollars and to ensure that every Veteran is served and receives claims counseling and assistance.
