Kansas Office of Veterans Services
Home MenuVeteran Services Mobile Office Request Form
Thank you for your interest in hosting the KOVS mobile office at your event. Our dedicated Veteran Service Representatives are committed to advocating for Veterans and their Families. The climate-controlled and fully accessible mobile office can be stationed in strategic locations to best serve areas with high Veteran and Family attendance. No event is too large or small—we have participated in shopping centers, Veteran service organization posts, sporting events, fairs, parades, festivals, and various community gatherings across the state.
Accredited Veteran Service Representatives will provide free information and assistance to Veterans and their Families who may be eligible for benefits through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. These benefits may include service-connected disability compensation, pensions, survivor benefits, VA health care, burial assistance, education benefits, and more. Additionally, we offer support in applying for state benefits to ensure Veterans and their Families receive the resources they deserve.
Please complete the questionnaire below and submit it as early as possible before the event. If you have any questions about the mobile program, feel free to contact Mark Nansel at 785-480-0958.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee the requested date. If alternative dates are an option, please mention them in the "Other Information" section.
The mobile office requires easy access and a safe, level parking area that can accommodate a 30-foot-long by 12-foot-wide vehicle.
